Cancellation Policy (GENERAL CANCELLATION)

Any request to cancel an order is subject to a  10% processing fee. The fee is calculated based on the order(including tournament sign-ups)/pre-order amount of difference in reduction. For example: If the order(including tournament sign-ups)/pre-order is finalized at $100.00 and a request to cancel the order the fee applied will be $10. All orders/pre-order TCG singles are final sales.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

If you preorder an item and purchase a non preorder item in the same order both items will be shipped on the pre-order release date. If you wish to ship one item separately from a preorder item additional shipping fee will be charged. You can email us at teamgamenation@gmail.com
